BOPET COATED

Transparent Coated BOPET Film 

DESCRIPTION:  One side is PVdC coated, and the other side is plain/corona treated.

THICKNESS:      12, 13, 14 Micron

FEATURES:         Excellent barrier properties (moisture, oxygen, and aroma) even at high humidity conditions. This material has high transparency.                                   The PVdC coated BOPET film can be easily laminated with other substrates. Additionally, a pasteurization grade is available.

 

Velvet Feel Matte BOPET Film

DESCRIPTION:   Soft touch / velvet feel Matte BOPET Film

THICKNESS:       14 Micron

FEATURES:          This material has high haze, low gloss on the matte side. 

                               It is designed to laminate high-quality graphic media with a soft touch / velvet like feel on the top coated surface.

Soft Matte BOPET Film

DESCRIPTION:  Soft touch Matte Film

THICKNESS:      14 Micron

FEATURES:        This material features consist of high haze, consistent COF, low gloss on matte side, and it is designed to laminate with sealable                                     matte.

BOPP COATED

Transparent coated BOPP Film 

DESCRIPTION:  One side is acrylic coated, and the other side PVdC coated/untreated. It is suitable for printing, lamination, and pouching.

THICKNESS:      28, 36, 38, 40, 53 Micron

FEATURES:        This material features outstanding aroma and moisture barrier properties and oxygen barrier. The PVdC coating allows for excellent                                sealing properties.  It is suitable for printing with a wide variety of processes like rotogravure, flexography, and offset. It offers                                      excellent optical properties and it can be printed over the surface, reverse, or used unprinted.

Transparent Both Sides Coated BOPP Film

DESCRIPTION:  It is suitable for plain, surface printed unsupported, or reverse printing in laminations.

THICKNESS:      30, 35 Micron

FEATURES:        Aroma barrier!          Excellent print-reception!                 Outstanding hot tack properties!

Crystal Clear Coated BOPP Film

DESCRIPTION:  It has print-receptive coating on one side,  and the other side is corona treated.

THICKNESS:      40, 50 Micron

FEATURES:        Good optical and mechanical properties.
                             Compatible with a solvent, water-based, and UV inks.
                             Excellent ink bond on the coated side. The other side is suitable for adhesive lamination, glue application.
                             Outstanding printing performance on the surface.
                             Suitable for printing on a wide variety of printing processes like rotogravure, flexography, and offset.

Cavitated Super White Opaque BOPP Film

DESCRIPTION:  It has print-receptive coating on one side, and the other side is corona treated.

FEATURES:        Outstanding white opaque background.
                             Compatible with a solvent, water-based, and UV inks.
                             Dimensional stability and stiffness.

DESCRIPTION:  It is coated with print-receptive coating on top. The other side has a metalized surface.

FEATURES:        Excellent mechanical properties.
                             Excellent ink bond on the coated side. The other side is suitable for adhesive lamination, glue application.
                             Suitable for printing on a wide variety of printing processes like rotogravure, flexography, and offset.
