CAST POLYPROPYLENE FILMS (CPP)

Film with high gloss and flexibility (not Bi-Oriented). As a packaging material, it can be used in food industry products, such as: pasta, vegetables, fruits, coffee, etc.

CPP TRANSPARENT CLEAR FILM

Two side heat sealable, corona treated outside, mono web.

Thickness: 17, 20, 25, 30 Micron

Application:

Used as a monoweb in a great variety of bag designs. Ideal for packaging of toilet paper, paper towel, napkins, etc.

Two side heat sealable, One side corona treated, High flexibility and transparency.

Thickness: 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 100 Micron

Application:

Used in laminated structures with other substrates for high transparency and cold resistance such as pasta packaging, also in stationary applications as sheet protector and in export flower packaging it is used for bundle protection.

Two side heat sealable, Ultra low SIT in one side, High flexibility.

Thickness: 30,35,40 Micron

Application: 

Used in laminations where high flexibility, cold resistance and impact resistance are required. Its excellent hot-tack allows its use in many applications which require a very high speed packaging and sealing over powder contaminants.

Two side heat sealable, Oxo-biodegradable, One side corona treated, High flexibility.

Thickness: 40 Micron

Application: 

Used in laminated structures with other substrates for high transparency and cold resistance such as pasta packaging, also in stationary applications as sheet protector and in export flower packaging it is used for bundle protection. The oxo-degradable additive promotes polymer degradation after one year from date of production.

One side nonsealable, Heat sealable and corona treated outside, High flexibility.

Application:

Provides good temperature resistance, high flexibility and tear resistance. Meets FDA regulations for direct food contact.

 

CPP TRANSPARENT FOG FILM

Two side heat sealable, One side corona treated, Anti-fog.

Thickness: 30, 50 Micron

Application:

Used as the internal web in laminations which stores cold products with high humidity content or for hot products which evaporates water. Excellent anti-fog properties that prevent humidity accumulation in the internal surface of the package allowing good product visibility.

CPP TRANSPARENT PLAIN FILM

Nonsealable, One side corona treated.

Thickness: 25 Micron

Application:

Used as a mono web in a variety of side-weld bags such as plain, folded or gusseted bags for multiple applications such as bakery, textile or flower wrap.

Nonsealable, One side corona treated, Medium additive content.

Thickness: 20 Micron

Application:

Used in laminations with other substrates such as BOPP, BOPET. Corona treatment offers good bonds to inks and adhesives, besides provides an excellent stackability for packaging.

CPP TRANSPARENT RETORT FILM

Retortable, One side corona treated.

Thickness: 80, 100 Micron

Application:

Used as a sealing web in laminations for deep retort applications. It delivers toughness and resistance at high temperatures used in sterilization processes with autoclaves.

Application:

Used as a mono-web or in laminations where a glossy white background is required. Due to its excellent whiteness, converters may take advantage to save or even eliminate white ink in their designs.

CPP METALLIZED FILM

Metallized, Heat sealable.

Thickness: 25, 30, 37 Micron

Application:

Typically used as the internal web in laminations for products which require excellent light protection and high moisture and/or oxygen barrier.
